Because the Journée du gros pull originated in the Flemish part of Belgium, it's actually known as the "Dikke-truiendag", and because this year February 16th falls on a Saturday, the action will actually happen on Friday, February 15th.

Hey, Iza! Thanks for taking a moment to listen, and for leaving a comment.
I know, it's hard to think about putting down the thermostat when it's so cold. But I resisted today, went and grabbed a shawl and stayed nice and cozy!

Hi! Just wanted to let you know I love your podcast. I look forward to listening to it, and save it for the times when I really need a little oasis of peace in my life :-) Looking forward to the Knitters' Bucket List, and maybe to another Knitter's Madeleine, too. Thank you for continuing to record and post...I'm sure there are many others who feel the same way. Best wishes, hannah

Thanks, Hannah -- The Knitter's Bucket List is coming -- between being crazy busy, and then deciding to collect up a little more audio for it, I've been putting it off a little, but I think I have everything I need for it now, just need to put it together, hopefully this week or next.
Funny you should mention the Madeleine, because I do have one of those, too.
:-)
