Katherine, please-please-please finish the "Christmas Knitter" parody and put it on the website or iTunes for download!!! It's *really* great and I'd love to share it with every knitter I know. ;~) Don't worry about sounding dorky -- you sound "cool-smart-dorky," like Weird Al Yankovic.

::blushes::
Thanks -- I was so worried that I'd put people off with it.

I can't wait to sync my iPod so I can listen!
Do you have a promo that I can play on the Pointy Sticks podcast? I'm working on upcoming shows and would love to include one!

Loved, loved, LOVED "Christmas Knitter". The only thing I'd change is to substitute "Fa, la, la, la..." for "Fa, fa, fa, fa..."
Brilliant.

Thanks, Celia -- yeah, the "fa la la" occurred to me *after* I'd finally finished it, and it had taken me so many tries to get it remotely in tune that by that point I couldn't bear to sing it again.
If I ever get up the nerve to do a whole version of it, I'll make a note to think about changing that part :-)

I know I posting this late, but I just found you on iTunes and am catching up on past 'casts.
My family trys to make me feel guilty about knitting for myself and not always for them, not that they want what I knit, they just think I'm being selfish. Thanks for making me feel better about not knitting everything for others.
